  1. Non-Refundable
    All Spark gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Please consider this before completing your transaction.

  2. No Expiration
    Spark gift cards do not have an expiration date. They can be redeemed at any time, allowing your recipient to begin their healing journey when the time is right for them.

  3. Transferability
    Gift cards are transferable:

    • They may be gifted to another person.
    • They may be applied toward a different Spark service or product.
    • If the selected service or product has a price difference from the original gift card value, the recipient is responsible for any additional amount. Refunds are not provided for unused balances.

  4. Event Date Changes
    For retreats or events, recipients may request a date change if needed. All changes are subject to availability.
