In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by the incredible Felice Herrig. Felice is an American kickboxer, Muay Thai fighter, and mixed martial artist who has competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship for 20 years. While Felice’s profession as a fighter shows her tough side, she also has an extremely feminine and vulnerable side that not many of her fans have seen. We are all multifaceted beings and Felice’s balance of her masculine and feminine energy is incredible to witness.
Throughout this episode, Felice and I have a deeply personal and vulnerable conversation. As two women in the health and fitness industry, we both understand the stigmas that come with being strong and feminine women. Felice shares how she taps into her feminine side, how she has paved the way for female fighters, what lessons she has learned through fighting professionally, and the life experience that she is continually working on, through her emotions.
