After years of being friends through social media, I was finally able to meet Big J in person to train together, record this episode, and connect on a deeper level. Big J is a US Army veteran and has been in the elite fitness world for years, training with some of the best in the world such as Ronnie Coleman. It is incredibly impressive how Big J has not only maintained such a high level of physique without breaking his body but also how he has maintained longevity without burning out.
Big J and I talk about the spiritual ascension that he has gone through during this past year, his dedication to showing up each day as a positive person, what he has learned about building longevity, and why self discipline is so important. Big J has overcome a lot in his life and despite it all he still remains one of the most positive, kind-hearted, and supportive people I know.
