What do you view as masculine and feminine? Society recognizes masculine and feminine energy and traits as being separate and has assigned qualities to both, but really the yin and yang of each is a necessary dynamic for each aspect of our lives.
In this episode, I am joined by Oleh Prodan, a specialist in strength and conditioning who is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout his life experiences and through his work in strength and conditioning, Oleh has redefined how he views masculinity and femininity.
